About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to be the senior operational leader for its rapidly scaling pizzeria platform. The COO will be tasked with owning all restaurant-level performance across a multi-brand and multi-unit portfolio, driving EBITDA growth, and ensuring operational discipline. This role is pivotal in leading field operations, P&L performance, and building a high-performance operating structure.
