Key Responsibilities Lead overall operational sales strategy and execution for the business in Singapore and regional markets. Oversee project delivery for generator set supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities. Ensure operational readiness to support mission-critical data centre projects with strict uptime and compliance requirements. Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and scalability across procurement, logistics, engineering, and service teams. Manage relationships with key customers, EPC contractors, consultants, and data centre operators. Collaborate closely with Sales and Technical teams to support tendering, pricing, and customer solutions. Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, workplace safety standards, and quality management systems. Build and mentor high-performing operational and technical teams.
