Chief People Officer — Lead Transformation & People Strategy

City of London Corporation is seeking an Executive Director of HR & Chief People Officer to lead the transformation of its people and culture. This strategic role involves enhancing organisational capability and aligning workforce strategy with organisational goals.

The successful candidate will work closely with elected Members and senior officers to drive a more cohesive, inclusive workplace culture. You will lead a diverse workforce of over 4,500, ensuring that leadership and people policies support long-term outcomes.

This position is office-based in Guildhall, London, with an expected salary of c. £200,000, plus benefits and pension.
