Chief Procurement Strategist — Aerospace & Defence

Matchtech is seeking a Head of Strategic Procurement in Southampton to lead all strategic procurement initiatives across direct and indirect spend categories. You will develop and execute procurement strategies, manage supplier contracts, and support new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess strategic procurement expertise, significant experience in regulated aerospace environments, and strong negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and manage critical supplier relationships.
