Chief Psychiatrist (120 day Detail)

Summary The Battle Creek VA Medical Center is looking for a Psychiatrist to serve as their Chief of Psychiatry on a 120 day detail during their recruitment efforts to fill the vacancy. Mileage, Lodging, and Per Diem may be provided- dependent on selected applicant's current location. Detail could be shorter or longer based on success of recruitment efforts. The Chief of Psychiatry will split time between administrative/supervisory duties (49%) and clinical duties (51%).Duties include but are not limited to: Participate in Mental Health meetings, leadership meetings, and facility committees as a representative of Mental Health Service and/or Psychiatry Service as requested.
