Chief, Security Services

Supervises activities of Security Services staff providing armed guard support to Arnold AFB. Has overall responsibility for personnel management from hiring, training, evaluating subordinate performance and initiating disciplinary processes when necessary, to maintaining personnel records.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assigns work and supervises wage and non-wage personnel performing a variety of armed guard security activities ranging from fixed and mobile posts, to K9 handling operations.
+ Interprets contract and performance work statement (PWS) requirements and develops training, plans, procedures and schedules to ensure compliance with contract performance standards.
+ Communicates with clients, company management and staff to investigate and resolve complaints regarding security services.
