Chief Strategy & Transformation

The Chief Strategy and Transformation will be the strategic architect driving the bank’s transition from a traditional microfinance operating model to a scalable digital-first financial institution. This role will oversee enterprise-level strategy formulation, digital transformation execution, innovation governance, and organizational redesign to ensure long-term competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth. The incumbent will work closely with the CEO, COO, leadership team, and Board Committee to steer the institution through its next phase of evolution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
Lead the development, articulation, and periodic review of the bank’s strategic roadmap in alignment with the CEO and Board’s vision.
Translate strategic objectives into operational plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
