Chief Strategy & Transformation Leader

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) responsible for defining and executing the company's strategic direction. This executive role reports to the Group CEO and leads functions including Strategy, Transformation, and Strategic Delivery.

Ideal candidates will have over 15 years of experience in strategy or corporate planning, a Bachelor's degree or MBA, and a proven track record in driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
