The role: Own all of engineering. The founder (technical, currently hands-on across the stack) moves fully to GTM and product. You take the platform from working to bulletproof.

You will:

• Own the real-time voice pipeline: LiveKit, STT/TTS (Sarvam, Google), LLM orchestration, interruption handling, sub-second latency targets
• Own AWS infrastructure, multi-tenant architecture, uptime SLAs, and security posture for enterprise clients
• Build and lead the engineering team from 6 to 10-15 over 18 months
• Be the technical authority in enterprise deals: POCs, security reviews, integrations (Amazon Connect, SIP, CRMs)
