Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading construction company based out in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Chief Technology Officer who will be responsible for leading the companys technology and digital transformation. The goal is to use technology to improve construction project delivery, efficiency, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities - Create and execute a technology roadmap for construction projects, leading digital transformation using AI, automation, cloud, and IoT while integrating systems like BIM, ERP, and project controls. - Deploy digital tools for project planning, scheduling, and coordination, using IoT sensors, drones, and digital QA/QC for site monitoring, and integrating data across structural, MEP, and finishing works to reduce delays and rework. - Implement AI for risk management, productivity, and cost forecasting, and use RPA to automate document control, approvals, procurement, and reporting across site and o...
