The CTO will bridge the gap between our established .NET foundation and modern web technologies, enabling our next phase of growth across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Transformation & Architecture (The Builder Role)

(a) Legacy Modernisation: Lead the strategic migration from legacy .NET & SQL architectures to a modern, cloud-based microservices environment without disrupting daily operations.

(b) Modular Design: Re-architect the product into independent modules to support tiered subscription models and feature-gating.

(c) Hands-on Leadership: While not a primary coder, you must be capable of deep code reviews, schema design, and establishing Clean Code...
