CHIEF TENANT RELATION ( SERPONG )

Requirements

•Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in Communication, Public Relation or any related degree.

•Good understanding of business process of Apartment, policy and procedure as well as business issues of the Company.

•Good interpersonal skills.

•At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as Tenant Relation Supervisor in Apartment

•Good computer skill, Microsoft Office, and English skill oral and written.

•Well developed time management skills including the ability to identity, prioritize and complete tasks in an effective and timely manner.

•Applicant must be willing to work in Serpong

Job Descriptions

•Ensure all complain from tenants can be resolved.

•Coordinate and establish relationship between tenants and management.

•Provide information to tenants about buidling facilities, events, etc.

•Monitor the use of public facilities.
