CHILD CARE ASSISTANT TRAINING PROGRAM TEACHER

Position: Childcare Assistant Program Teacher

Course codes: TOC4C, GLN401, and TOC4C9

End: TBD – all classes are dependent upon class enrollment

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 7.5 hours per day

Location: Archbishop Anthony Meagher Catholic Continuing Education Centre Oshawa and Giffard Centre

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood Educator Diploma from a registered Canadian college and current membership in the provincial association for Early Childhood Educators (in good standing).

Certification in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers.

The successful applicant should have teachable(s) and teaching experience in the subject area(s) or be deemed capable per the definition in the OECTA Secondary Agreement.
