Child Development and Behavioral Coach

Required: ABA Therapist / Child Psychologist/experienced educator ( Location: Bangkok, Thailand)

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide 1-on-1 home-based therapy for a non-verbal 9-year-old boy on the autism spectrum.

Primary Objectives:

1. Implement school IEP goals at home.

2. Develop vocal speech (words/phrases) and integrate AAC methods.

3. Manage behaviors and implement positive reinforcement strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Degree in Psychology, ABA, or Special Education PREFERRED

2. Proven experience with non-verbal learners and behavioral management.

3. Commitment to a structured 8-hour daily routine.

4. Willingness to provide weekly progress reports and coordinate with school staff.
