The Rural & Northern Child Family Services is looking for a qualified Program Manager to oversee critical services such as Child Protection and Voluntary Family Services. Key Responsibilities:
• Report directly to the CFS Service Director
• Supervise the delivery of Children’s support programs
• Guide and mentor frontline staff in service areas
• Manage budgetary functions and human resources
• Participate in service evaluation and operational planning
