About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned child therapist passionate about working with kids 4+ and their families. The role focuses on individual and family therapy using developmental and relationship‑driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy for children, teens, and families.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Serve as a staff mentor and, when qualified, a supervisor.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and administrative records.

Qualifications

• Registered social worker, psychotherapist, psychologist, child life specialist, or equivalent with psychotherapy experience.
