Responsibilities

• Must have a sound understanding of the EYSF
• Looking after the health and welfare of the children, safeguarding, including child protection, keeping children safe, safeguarding.
• All aspects of personal care attended to.
• Assisting at mealtimes
• Montessori focus on teaching independence, hygiene routine, Montessori ethos and planning exciting tasks
• Communicating with parents, using online observation system online.
• Work towards becoming a key person, assisting with lunch routines, attending staff meetings once a month, actively involved in creating the curriculum for the children.
