Summary of the Childcare Lawyer opportunity
This is a chance to join the supportive and sociable Legal Team. Our client is seeking a qualified lawyer who has experience in Childcare Law from either private practice or local authority, and is looking for the next step in their career.
The main duties of the successful Childcare Lawyer will include
- Handling a caseload of mainly child protection cases and pre-proceedings matters.
- Undertaking advocacy on behalf of the council.
- Advising Social Services clients face‑to‑face and in writing, on all aspects of relevant legislation.
