Childcare Solicitor locum

Job Overview

1 x 37 hour Childcare Solicitor locum required for an initial 12 week period.

Responsibilities

The candidate will undertake a personal caseload in respect of all areas of childcare law, including complex work relating to the provision of legal advice, drafting of complex documentation and advocacy, to include advising clients verbally and in writing on legal issues in relation to childcare law.

Qualifications

Knowledge/experience working within a Local Authority is essential.

Locality to Blackpool is preferred due to office or court attendance required at least one day per week.
