About the Role
Working closely with a highly regarded team, you will share an existing workload while building up your own client caseload. This will include child abduction cases as well as private and public childcare matters.

Candidate Requirements
- 3+ PQE in Childcare Law
- Specialism in Resolution for child abduction or Advanced Family Law Panel Accreditation
- Solid background in general privately and publicly funded family childcare matters
- Good advocacy skills and excellent customer service manner
