Opportunity Description
My client, a Church is seeking a motivated and organised Children’s Ministry Staff to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of lesson plans, programmes for children up to 12 years old. The role involves teaching, administrative coordination and programme support, working closely with volunteers, parents, and ministry teams.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Coordinate Ministry Administrative Matters- Prepare and oversee the ministry’s work calendar, inventory and budget
- Coordinate and manage the ministry’s external web page, internal SharePoint, functional email and other ministry social media channels
- Coordinate and manage the lifecycle processes of children and teachers in the ministry from registration to exiting
