Our client is looking for a Registered Manager to take full ownership of a residential service supporting young people with EBD, trauma-related needs, and complex backgrounds . This is a fantastic opportunity to lead from the front, build a strong team, and create an environment where children feel safe, supported and able to thrive.
The RoleAs Registered Manager, youll be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and development of the homeensuring it consistently delivers high standards of care in line with Ofsted and Childrens Homes Regulations .
