Location: Poole, Dorset, UK. Employment type: Part time permanent (24+ hours per week plus overtime). Salary: £13.06 per hour with pay rises & performance related bonuses. Shift times: 7:30 AM-1:30 PM or 1:30 PM-7:40 PM, plus 1 Saturday per month as needed.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, people first professional to support inbound sales, client care, and front desk coordination. The coordinator will build relationships with new enquiries, manage appointments, process payments, re‑engage past clients, support events and marketing, and maintain clinic operations.
