Chloe looking for a babysitter or nanny in Delta

Hello! We are the Kort family. Sullivan and Spencer are 1 year old twin girls who are loved dearly. We have lived in Tsawwassen for 2 years. Our family dog is Harlow who is an energetic 5 year old German Shepherd/Husky. We live in a townhouse and love getting outdoors as much as possible, but also love a cozy day in.
Parents Graeme and Chloe are both Police Officers working long hours. The girls will be in full time daycare starting at 18 months old (June 2027), but we will still need some assistance with childcare for evenings and weekends to help with non-daycare hours and for a date night here and there. We are looking for a babysitter who is trustworthy, friendly, energetic, tidy, dependable, and willing to love our girls as much as we do. Good communication is a must. Schedule flexibility is also helpful as we could need help during transition periods going to and from work- that could be as early as 4am depending on the shifts we work that day.
