Position Purpose

As an ambassador of LINDT, you will ensure all customers receive a world-class premium experience, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service and Sales Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, across all sections of the Chocolate Shop and over the phone. Greet all customers with a welcoming atmosphere. Educate and inform customers on LINDT chocolate products, handling them with passion and in-depth knowledge. Actively sample and provide product knowledge, discussing taste profiles and ingredients. Upsell to increase customer transaction spend, inform all customers of current in-store promotions, events and directed information.
