Position Purpose

As an ambassador of LINDT, you will ensure all customers receive a world-class premium experience, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service and Sales
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, across all sections of the Chocolate Shop and over the phone.
  • Greet all customers with a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Educate and inform customers on LINDT chocolate products, handling them with passion and in-depth knowledge.
  • Actively sample and provide product knowledge, discussing taste profiles and ingredients.
  • Upsell to increase customer transaction spend, inform all customers of current in-store promotions, events and directed information.
