To handle enquiries from distributors and customers To provide one-stop service and solutions to distributors and customers in relation to procedure, payment, administration guidelines and case progress, etc. To provide recommendations in process review / revamp to streamline the workflow / procedures for efficiency gainTo assist in ad hoc projects as assignedUniversity graduate preferred or matriculated with 2 years or more relevant experience in financial or insurance industries, preferably with frontline servicing exposureProficiency in written English and Chinese, and fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and MandarinIIQE (Paper 1, 3 and 5) license holder preferredGood communication and problem solving skillAble to work under pressure
