**Job Description:**

The Contractor Supports CI/HUMINT Characterization (CHARC) of human networks; conducts analysis and database maintenance to support counterintelligence and HUMINT operations.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Contractor shall provide CI/HUMINT analysis, CI/HUMINT targeting, collection management, utilization of CI/HUMINT databases, and utilization of CI/HUMINT systems in support of MARCENT forces.
+ Contractor shall develop and review MARCENT CI/HUMINT requirements, targeting support, and analytical products in order to draft recommendations for submission to higher, adjacent, and supporting units.
