Circular Manager - ReSelfridges

Job Purpose


The Circular team is responsible for scaling our six circular business models that sit under our Reselfridges banner Pre-Loved, Resell, Rental, Repair, Refill and Recycle. The Circular Manager will lead the strategic development and operational execution of these business models, driving innovation, commercial performance and customer engagement across all six pillars. They will be accountable for identifying and unlocking growth opportunities, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring that circularity remains a key pillar of Selfridges strategy and customer experience.



The team sits within the Buying team, reporting to the Head of Leather Goods & Reselfridges and working closely with all Buying divisions as well as key wider teams, including Retail and Marketing.
