Citi South Africa invites suitably qualified graduates to apply for the Graduate Internship Programme 2026, a one-year learnership within the Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) department. This structured programme is designed to provide newly qualified university graduates with hands‑on experience, professional development, and exposure to Citi’s global banking environment. Throughout the programme, graduates will gain practical work experience while being trained and mentored by industry professionals. Participants may apply for permanent roles during the programme and will also be sponsored to complete a postgraduate qualification relevant to their area of work.
