Sales to lead end-to-end business operations and drive revenue growth for the assigned city.
Responsibilities
- Business Ownership & Revenue
- Own the city P&L, revenue targets, and overall business performance
- Drive consistent pipeline generation and closures across segments
- Identify new growth opportunities and expansion areas within the city
- Sales Leadership
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing field sales team (BDMs & Team Leads)
- Set targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability across teams
- Personally intervene in key deals and strategic accounts
- Market Expansion
- Develop and execute city-level go-to-market strategy
