About the Company City Head – LocationChennai & Pune (localite ) Exp- 12-14 Years CTC Range -20-22 Lpa Sales to lead end-to-end business operations and drive revenue growth for the assigned city. Responsibilities Business Ownership & Revenue Own the city P&L, revenue targets, and overall business performance Drive consistent pipeline generation and closures across segments Identify new growth opportunities and expansion areas within the city Sales Leadership Build, lead, and scale a high-performing field sales team (BDMs & Team Leads) Set targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability across teams Personally intervene in key deals and strategic accounts Market Expansion Develop and execute city-level go-to-market strategy Expand presence across target segments (F&B, hospitality, retail, gyms, etc.) Establish strong on-ground visibility and brand presence Operations & Cross-functional Alignment Work closely with operations, service, and product teams to ensure seamless execution...
