City Lead

The City Lead plays a vital role in delivering this mission locally by ensuring high‑quality rental operations, seamless service coordination, and a consistent, customer‑centric experience. As the on‑site leader, the City Lead drives operational excellence, team performance, and the overall customer journey within their city, acting as the bridge between integral standards and local execution.

The Role

The City Lead has full responsibility for the daily operations and performance at the Barcelona depot. While remaining strongly hands‑on (60–70%), this role carries clear managerial and financial ownership.
