Civil and Structural Design Manager (Owner / DC/Industrial Projects / Base Salary up to 26,000MYR)

Our client is a renowned data center developer and operator. They are currently seeking a C&S Design Manager to join their team. This role will be based in Johor Bahru.

Job Responsibilities

• Structural Design Leadership & Project Delivery: Spearhead conceptual and detailed structural design development for data centre projects across Malaysia, including feasibility studies, engineering assessments, and cost optimisation initiatives. Oversee external design consultants to ensure timely delivery of quality design documentation and provide technical guidance during construction.
• Design Governance & Engineering Excellence: Evaluate and approve detailed engineering designs, shop drawings, and technical submissions from contractors. Support tendering activities through technical assessments and bid evaluations while driving value engineering and design enhancements across multiple disciplines.
