Civil Enforcement Officer

We are looking for individuals with strong people skills and a keen eye for detail to join our parking enforcement team to ensure parking restrictions are enforced across Wiltshire.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile parking demand from residents, commuters, businesses, shoppers and visitors.
• Enforce parking restrictions across the region.
• Maintain road safety and provide customer service to the community.
• Work a four week rolling rota with shifts between 7 am and 8 pm, seven days per week, involving outdoor duties and walking as well as driving.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence for both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong customer service skills, ability to remain polite and calm when handling difficult situations.
