Civil Enforcement Officer

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated full‑time staff member to join the dynamic Parking Services Team to help manage, improve, and maintain traffic flow across Dorset and manage parking facilities for tourists and visitors throughout the year. Your base will be in Charminster, Dorchester, but you will have the opportunity to work across the Dorset area, in its historic and iconic towns, villages and beautiful coastline and countryside.

The majority of the time you will be working with minimal supervision but will be part of a professional, experienced, dedicated team with a strong customer focus.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal supporting role in delivering a service to residents, businesses and visitors in the Dorset area. Excellent communication skills are essential in this front‑facing role as at times the role can be challenging.
