Join WSP's Land Development and Municipal Engineering team in Kamloops, BC as a Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) and help shape the infrastructure that supports growing communities. This role offers hands‑on exposure to the full project lifecycle—from concept and design through construction—while working alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about mentorship, technical excellence, and community impact.
Your Impact
- Support the design and analysis of civil engineering solutions for municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway infrastructure projects.
- Contribute to design reports, technical memoranda, and calculations that inform sound engineering decisions.
- Assist in the design of linear infrastructure , including watermains, sanitary and storm sewers, pump stations, and associated civil works.
