Civil Engineering (Planning)

Role of Position

Develop a Master Plan & Strategies fit for specific project requirements which may be collated from technical and knowledgeable inputs of the project team (Project Manager’s, PIC’s, and Specialists’ Sub-Cons, etc.). To maintain, update, and ensure that projects are within the baseline programme.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support Tender Team in preparation of Construction Programme / Planning
• Prepare Project Execution Plan / Logistics Plan / Construction Plan / EHS Plan / QAQC Plan
• Project Controls including Contract Administration regard to Time Impact Analysis / Implications, supporting Contracts Department in preparing and serving Contractual Notices (Time Implications)
• Support Contracts Department in analysing, preparation and apply Extension of Time for Completion
• Coordinate with Project Team in producing baseline programme using Primavera P6 / MS project ...
