<div>About the job</div> <div>We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Technician to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a civil technician, you should have well-rounded expertise in gypsum & carpentry works, painting, and tiling who can deliver high-quality finish work across interiors for residential and commercial building projects throughout the city.</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:</div> <div> Gypsum board works: Measure, cut, fix, and finish gypsum partitions, ceilings, bulkheads and decorative elements; tape, apply joint compound, sand seams to a smooth finish; repair and maintain existing gypsum structures</div> <div> Painting: Prepare surfaces, fill cracks, apply primers and final coats of enamel/emulsion paint or spray finishes; match existing finishes and complete touch-ups.</div> <div> Carpentry: Construct and install wooden frames, doors, skirting, and custom panels; maintain fu...
