1. Financial Plan, schedule and co-ordinate construction with the best quality standards, efficient material management to optimize labor, material, and related costs Give inputs for the maintenance strategy of the company to provide the best possible civil maintenance support in a prompt and cost-effective manner to all user departments Monitor progress and project status. Formulating capital expenditure proposals for civil maintenance department & creating business case for new investments and constructions Providing department budget estimations to enable budget preparation and finalization and ensuring adherence to the same Take initiatives to drive growth for DCBL and ensure sustained growth in line with long-term and short-term objectives of the organization 2.
