About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Leading Hand Carpenters to join our clients growing team across Auckland. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone with a strong background in civil construction who can lead crews, maintain high‑quality workmanship, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to spec. You will play a key role in delivering a variety of civil construction projects across structures, roading, and infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise site crews on civil construction projects.
• Coordinate daily site activities and allocate tasks effectively.
• Carry out and oversee formwork, boxing, concrete works, and structural carpentry.
