My client, a top law firm, is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2 to 15 years of experience to join their dynamic litigation team.

This position will focus on general liability, providing a unique opportunity to handle complex cases in a collaborative and client-focused environment

.Key Responsibilities

• :Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparatio
• nConduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motion
• sRepresent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitration
• sCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carrier
