Opportunity Description
We are looking for a highly organized and results-drivenCivil Project Managerto oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out and furniture-related civil projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in civil and finishing works, excellent leadership abilities, and proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of civil and finishing activities including gypsum partitions, false ceilings, plastering, screeding, tiling, marble, waterproofing, and other related works.
Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
Supervise project execution and coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, MEP, and joinery teams to maintain proper sequencing and interface alignment.
