Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor to manage all aspects of cost estimation, quantity take-off, billing, and contract administration for civil construction projects. The role involves close coordination with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate cost control, timely billing, and effective project financial management. Key Responsibilities Quantity Surveying & Estimation Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings and site data. Perform accurate quantity take-off from AutoCAD drawings and project documents. Conduct rate analysis for various construction items based on market trends. Prepare cost estimates during project planning and execution stages. Reconcile estimated quantities with contractor billed quantities.
