Mid-Level Civil Site Engineer



Location: Lehigh Valley, PA

Experience: 3–7 Years


Join a growing, client-focused civil engineering firm in the heart of the Lehigh Valley! We’re seeking a Mid-Level Civil Site Engineer to support and lead site development projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal markets.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and refine site plans, grading, stormwater management, erosion & sediment control, and utility designs.

  • Perform hydrologic/hydraulic calculations and support permitting with local, county, and state agencies.

  • Coordinate with survey, geotechnical, environmental, and architectural partners.

  • Assist in proposal preparation, project scheduling, and occasional client/municipal meetings.
