ACCIONA is looking to hire a Civil Site Manager for our Industry area, within the ACCIONA Netherlands division.

Mission

Lead and manage all civil construction activities for high-voltage substation projects in the Netherlands for key clients such as TenneT and Enexis.

As Civil Site Manager, this person will be responsible for the planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution of civil works in both substation extensions and new-built projects.

Functions

• Reviewing & analyzing civil scopes for substation projects during tender & execution phases.
• Preparing & validating civil planning schedules, identifying critical paths & construction risks.
• Supporting the preparation of civil budgets, cost estimations, and procurement strategies.
