Civil Site Supervisor (Khansaheb)

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of verifiable GCC site supervision experience within large-scale commercial or residential civil construction projects.
• Strong technical proficiency in reading and interpreting complex architectural and structural blueprints, including basic familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Exceptional physical stamina and absolute willingness to manage 12-hour outdoor standing shifts in demanding weather conditions across active UAE construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee and coordinate daily activities for diverse blue-collar labor teams, including masons, steel fixers, and formwork carpenters, ensuring maximum productivity.
• Strictly enforce all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols on the ground, conducting daily toolbox talks and immediately halting unsafe heavy machinery operations.
