CIVIL STRUCTURAL ARCHITECTURAL (CSA) DESIGNER/DRAFTER

I. Job Purpose

The Designer/Drafter develops detailed design drawings for the CSA scope of a project. The designer will be expected to coordinate with the CSA Lead Engineer and other disciplines to complete the deliverables within the schedule, budget, and quality expected by Zachry and/or the client.

II. Key Outputs

1. Detailed Design Drawings

• Uses company-approved software to draw two-dimensional (2D) engineering drawings for client approval and/or construction, in coordination with the Lead Engineer and within the specifications required by Zachry and/or the client;
• Ensures the three-dimensional (3D) model and 2D drawings match perfectly;
• Follows Zachry's quality procedures, including proper checking, filing, and submission of deliverables;
• Applies designer knowledge (steel framing, steel connection, and concrete rebar detailing, etc.) in creating the deliverables;
