Civil Structural Engineer IV

Osmose is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer IV to join our structural engineering team in Canada. This role is designed for experienced engineers who are prepared to take on advanced technical responsibilities, provide independent engineering judgment, and lead medium to large-scale projects. This role will oversee complex restoration and repair designs for steel, concrete, and foundation structures, including unique or non-standard solutions with minimal guidance. This position requires expertise in structural modeling and analysis, execution of PE review responsibilities, and the ability to provide final technical direction. In addition to project leadership, the position plays a key role in mentoring less experienced engineers, refining departmental standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of engineering practices.
