Civil Superintendent - Solar Projects

Position Summary 

 We are seeking a Civil Superintendent to oversee all aspects of civil construction on utility scale solar projects. This role represents the Contractor in the field, ensuring quality assurance, compliance with design and engineering standards, and effective sub-contractor oversight throughout the civil construction phase. 

This position is full-time, exempt, project location based. 

Responsibilities: 

+ Monitor civil construction for compliance with project drawings, specifications, and engineering standards 
+ Verify contractor adherence to approved quality control plans and procedures 
+ Produce daily reports, photo documentation, and inspection records 
+ Identify, document, and report non-conformance issues 
+ Collaborate with project management, engineering teams, and contractor personnel 
+ Monitor contractor safety practices and escalate concerns when necessary
